flanges of the Tamiya gear motor are oblong. This allows a few millimeters’ leeway in match-
ing the motors to their mounting holes.
G Before assembly of the motors, use the motor flange itself to mark the spacing on a piece of
paper. You can then transfer the marks to the wooden base using a small punch or a nail.
