                     e have covered how to ask questions in an interview, but
               Wwe all know that the bulk of your time during an inter-
               view will be spent answering questions. Most interview guides
               list hundreds of questions and attempt to tell you how to
               answer all of them. The fact is that it is impossible to antici-
               pate every question that may arise during an interview and
               create a scripted answer for each one. More important, it is
               a waste of time and energy.
                   The interviewer is interested in you, not in the answers of
               some interview “expert”—certainly not  my answers. Your
               skills, your experience, your words, and your answers are what
               are important to the interviewer. Regardless of the questions
               asked, the skills we have already learned are all you really
               need to know to answer them:
