Strive for Self-Mastery 73

Given the self-mastery descriptions in Chart 3.1, how would you
rate your general level of self-mastery on a 1 to 5 scale, with 1
being low and 5 being extreme (high)?

              Low Moderate High
              1 2 3 4 5

We all have variations in our self-mastery behavior. What is your
range of self-mastery? What conditions or factors cause you to
operate at your highest and lowest degrees of self-mastery?

me? This activity will accelerate your development.
