Role/Title Functional Module Leads
• Collaborate with the help desk to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in or develop designs, or do both, for conversion, interfaces, reports,
and modifications, and ensure that these are implemented as planned.
• Manage development of configuration and business procedures.
• Coordinate batch job scheduling with operations and system users and monitor job
execution.
• Provide security administration including request processing, authorization, and
maintenance of user security levels. Lead the development of a system security
matrix.
• Develop test plans and scenarios ensuring that all aspects of the module are fully
tested: application/unit test, integrated test, performance or stress test, software
upgrades, and releases. Execute tests.
• Develop and document implementation or rollout plans at the module level.
• Provide module support including problem analysis and resolution, on-call support,
and end-user support.
Skills • Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent leadership skills. Ability to keep a large team focused on the objectives.
• Issue resolution skills. Ability to obtain resolution by team consensus when
differences in business processes are discussed.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to keep a wide audience informed of goals,
expectations, progress, and issues.
• Solid knowledge of large-scale system implementations.
• Solid understanding of technical processes and relevant business processes.
• Solid technical expertise.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the system development life cycle.
• Thorough understanding of business and ERP applications.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.

Role/Title Technical Infrastructure Team Lead
Role Definition The technical infrastructure lead is responsible for overall technical infrastructure
implementation including organizing and directing the efforts of the team,
coordinating technical team meetings, and reporting on progress to project
executive and project manager(s). The technical infrastructure lead must understand
all of the technologies well enough to ensure that there will be no “gaps” in the
solution and that all of the technologies will be integrated.
