          Role/Title     Technical Infrastructure Team Members
          Role Definition  The technical infrastructure team members are responsible for supporting the
                         module teams throughout the design and implementation of the ERP software. The
                         technical infrastructure team members are responsible for designing and building
                         the necessary architecture components to supplement the delivered ERP technical
                         solution.
          Responsibilities  • Install, configure, and support ERP application software required to support
                           module teams, including application of patches and fixes and migration of
                           modifications.
                         • Install, configure, and support peripheral products required, including report
                           distribution, security, and batch scheduler.
                         • Conduct performance tuning for identified online and batch transactions.
                         • Design, build, and test the technical architecture (i.e., development, execution,
                           and operations architectures).
                         • Perform security administration troubleshooting.
                         • Understand ERP data structures.
                         • Identify and escalate technical issues to technical lead.
                         • Work with developers and other appropriate resources to research and resolve
                           technical issues.
                         • Collaborate with functional analysts as needed to resolve technical issues.
                         • Provide ERP technical knowledge and expertise to the team.
                         • Provide status updates to technical lead.
          Skills         • Solid understanding of technical processes and relevant business processes.

                         • Team leadership skills. Ability to work effectively across business organizations.
                         • Issue resolution skills. Ability to obtain resolution by team consensus when
                           differences in business processes are discussed.
                         • Excellent communication skills.
                         • Solid understanding of the organization and infrastructure.
                         • ERP implementation experience preferred.
                         • SQL, SQR.
                         • ERP application server architecture.
                         • Windows 95/98, Windows 2000 and NT, NT scripting.
                         • UNIX, UNIX scripting.
                         • Knowledge of database structures.
                         • Report distribution.
                         • Batch controls.
