This creates a schematic where Static Structural is sharing data with Steady-
State Thermal at the model and above levels as shown below.
Next, set up the Static Structural analysis by following Step 3 of Part C. Insert a
Thermal Condition load to the Static Structural (C5) in the Outline tree and
apply a Fixed Support to the base of the heat sink. The total deformation and
the equivalent stress distributions of the heat sink with a temperature increase
of 10°C can be obtained as follows.
