                The above scarce information shows that the development of the tack-free products
            suffers from a lack of objective criteria and methods of measurement since even these few
            examples show that many final products will benefit  from improvements  in  tack-free
            properties,  not  mentioning  the  enormous  problems  with  products  exposed  to  a  natural
            weathering.
