10.4.1.3 Wastewater Characteristics
Synthetic wastewater was used as a feed for the AnMBR. The concentration
of COD for synthetic wastewater was targeted at 500 mg/L by adding
glucose, urea, DAP, and other micronutrients. Constituents of synthetic
wastewater and their concentrations are given in Table 10.4.
