                           Quoting precise budgets for Programs H and M is virtually impossible due to
                           the many organizations—international, national, and local—and the hun-
                           dreds of volunteers who are working individually with young men and
                           women. Funding for the members of Alliance H comes variously from inter-
                           national foundations, multilateral organizations, government agencies, pri-
                           vate companies, and individual donors.
