when the temperature reaches 90°C. When the mixture is hot enough, the
motor is then started to operate the gears rotating the two blades inside the
cylinder to stir the mixture. The mixture is stirred for about 10–15 minutes,
and then the sliding door at the bottom is moved to drop the paste into the
mold, which is then pressed using the hydraulic press. The blower collects
the gases (continuously during charging of raw material, during operation,
and during discharging the paste to the mold) from the mixing chamber and
uses them as a secondary fuel in the combustion chamber.
6.3 Product Development from Rejects
Product development from waste recycling, in general, is important to maxi-
mize the benefits. This leads to a number of economic opportunities to reman-
ufacture products with the recovered material. Just as market forces cannot be
ignored when introducing a new product, they must also be taken into account
when introducing remanufactured products. The market analysis for these
