       By selecting a pump  for Condition  3B, it will intersect  the  system curve
       for  Condition  3A  at  a  lower  flow  rate  as  shown  in  Figure  3.24.  This
       simply means  that  the  'filling' system discussed  in  Example  3A will take
       place  at less than  the  originally estimated  flow rate,  and will take longer
        to  complete  prior  to  the  syphoning  effect  coming  into  play  and  the
       pump  moving into  normal  operating  mode.
