                    Enhancing Entourage

As you use entourage in Photoshop projects, you’ll discover many options for enhancing these image
objects. For example, you can transform an entourage layer, adjusting its size to match the scale of a
building elevation. You can drop a shadow and then distort it to add interest. You can obtain extra
mileage from repetitive entourage elements, such as trees, by skewing each one differently or by mir-
roring each duplicate so that the eye doesn’t perceive an obvious copy-and-paste job. You can use
photographic entourage in an abstract way, to give a sense of human scale without diverting atten-
tion from the main subject of your composition. This section will show you how to start building your
own entourage library, which can become an important asset in your future projects.
