Figs. 7.5.1 and 7.5.2 are typical for class B insulation. Where the PI is low because of
dirt or moisture contamination, it can be significantly improved by cleaning and dry-
ing. Drying curves are shown in Fig. 7.5.2, and such curves can be used to indicate
the drying time required.
