In general these systems deliver a larger quantity of lubricant than multiplunger systems. They comprise a small high-
pressure pump with or without stand-by, fitted with integral reIief valve supplying lubricant to the bearings via positive
dividers. These dividers then deliver the oil to the bearings in a predetermined ratio of quantities. By use of a microswitch
operated by the indicator pin on the master divider (or single divider if the number of points is small), either timed automatic
or continuous operation is available. The microswitch can also be used to give a warning of failure of the system.
Typical applications
Machine tools, sugar industry, gearboxes, printing machines, and special-purpose machinery.
