18.21. - If a dimension is displayed as a radius instead of a diameter, it can be

changed as needed. Right-mouse-click on the dimension and from the pop-up

menu select "Display Options, Display as Diameter" or from the "Leaders" section

in the dimension's properties.

If the "Smart Dimension" command is selected, the "Display As Diameter"

option will be displayed immediately, otherwise the option will be listed

under the "Display Options" sub-menu.
