raised your voice as you repeated your critique, directly or indirectly
blaming the person for your frustration by trivializing or ignoring his
or her responses? How did that go for you? Did you get the person to
behave differently to ¿t your view of the situation, or did the person
actively or passively resist you?
2. In the situation discussed above, if you got your way, how did the other
party seem to feel as a result? Positively motivated to change his or
her ways or words? Willing to reconnect with you in the moment and
continue the conversation? How did you feel about “winning”?
