For a bus-section circuit we make a temporary SC on R, Y, B on any
other circuit and check the reference circuit F1 and bus-section circuit with
CT on the right side of the bus section as shown in Fig. 20.6.5.
3. Sensitivity test
This test is the same test as for relay module pick up, but it is done
by primary injection for each module. For example, for an F1 feeder it
can be done during the ratio check test as described in point 1 of
Section 20.6.2.
