                               the switch to the deck. You may need to adjust the vertical position of the bot-
                               tom nut to ensure that the switch fits well.


















                                 Finally, position the battery pack into the frame. When you have it posi-
                               tioned so that it fits correctly, secure it in place with the foam tape. Take the
                               battery wire assembly, route it to the controller board, and plug it into
                               the power pins on the left side of the SV203. The black wire will plug into the
                               pin closer to the center of the board. It should fit only when it is positioned
                               correctly.




















                    Attaching the Palm Connector and the Wheels
                               Take the DB9 end of the Palm connector and plug it into the DB9 connector on
                               the SV203 controller. Use a cable tie to bundle the Palm cable and the other
                               wires underneath the deck. The cable tie loops through two holes in the
                               acrylic. Leave a small piece of the cable tie protruding above the deck. Attach
                               another cable tie to the other side of the deck. The two cable ties help to keep
                               the Palm in place.
