HOUSING Part - Handle with Swept Feature

Create the handle with the Swept feature. The Swept feature consists of a sketched path

and cross section profile. Sketch the path on the Right Plane. The sketch uses edges from

existing features. Sketch the profile on the back circular face of the Boss-Stop feature.

Create the Swept path sketch.

475) Right-click Right Plane from the

FeatureManager.

476) Select Sketch L.. from the Context

toolbar. The Sketch toolbar is displayed.

477) Click Right view @.

478) Click Hidden Lines Removed GJ from

the Heads-up View toolbar.

479) Click the Line / Sketch tool.

480) Sketch a vertical line up from the top

corner as illustrated.

481) Sketch a horizontal line over to the left

below the top of the Boss Stop as ' ' • c "' ...
