509) Click the Line / Sketch tool.

510) Sketch a line above the horizontal centerline

as illustrated.

511) Click the Tangent Arc ") Sketch tool.

512) Sketch a 90° arc.

513) Right-click Select to exit the Tangent Arc tool.

Add an Equal relation.

515) Hold the Ctrl key down. I

516) Click the horizontal line.

517) Release the Ctrl key.
