Safety Meeting
Safety meetings are held with all of the subcontractors working on the site and their
personnel. The meeting that each subcontractor has with its workers is referred to as a
tool box meeting. Chapter 5 discusses safety and tool box meetings in more detail.

Pre-Construction Meeting
Pre-construction meetings are held at the beginning of the project as described in more
detail in Chapter 1. Exhibit 13-11 has a sample agenda for a pre-construction meeting.
Contract Review Meeting
It is important that the owner and CM/GC define their contractual relationship early on
in the project life cycle, as described in Chapter 9. Exhibit 13-12 contains a sample
